The Young Shoots Programme

About the programme

A FREE unique 6-month employability programme built around the needs of YOU

Based at our Tileyard London offices, you will be recruited as an employee working 3 days a week and trained in key areas directly suited to the music and creative industry, all to help support your long-term industry career. You will also be given a personal development pathway and mentored to attain the necessary skills to progress to a secondment placement within the industry.
